At ProWine Singapore’s Champagne Lounge, five distinguished Champagne houses, Champagne Cattier, Champagne Dauby, Champagne Gardet, Champagne Harlin Père et Fils, and Champagne Philippe Gonet, come together for a curated mini masterclass led by Yeo Xi Yang, whose journey spans national sommelier champion to founder of Singapore’s first dedicated champagne bar, Convivial Singapore.
The morning session explores opportunities for the champagne industry in Singapore, while the afternoon session invites guests to discover selected labels through guided tastings. Join us for an immersive appreciation of Champagne.
